Missing testnet param in api.getUxtos call

Hi there,

When I'm trying to get UXTOs from the testnet wallet, it uses https://api.nintondo.io/ as the base URL. Is it possible to pass a custom param to the API (or automatically detect the current network set in wallet), so that user gets UXTOs from a correct network aka https://testnet.nintondo.io? Also need to fix TX push, because it also always pushes to the mainnet.
