Easymde allows manipulation of codemirror options through easyMDE.codemirror. Since this would be quite complicated to achieve with a vue plugin, I propose to only expose the setOption method and something to register codemirror events through some properties.

Maybe somehow related to Ionaru/easy-markdown-editor#124
