Make the submission diff checker to work with case ignoring checkers #520

Currently the submission diff checker registers the differences in casing for all checker types.C

Possible solution: Use .toLower() when comparing the outputs and visualize the original outputs. (not sure if it's supported by CodeMirror's merge tool that is being used)
