Xdrip+ missing reading 2 hours

Hi, how re you doing?
Please let me know if there an issue with the servers or readings. Also some friends have the same issue too.

xDrip does a lot. Everyone does not use xDrip exactly as you do.
So, saying missing readings doesn't really narrow it down.

You state master. So, I have to assume what you have problem with a follower?
xDrip can follow using different schemes.
Which one do you use?

I'm not an expert, so I'm asking. I apologize if the post seems to sound like an expert.
Several users haven't received a signal from their follower since this morning 2 hours ago. Some got their signal back, but others haven't.

Please, I'm asking if there's a problem with the servers or if I've changed something in the follower settings that I haven't activated recently due to the change.

On the master, go to xDrip Sync settings.
Tap on Handset Group Security Key.
Delete the entire key and tap OK. Go to the main screen.

Go to Settings and scroll all the way down and tap on "Show Settings QR codes". Tap on the option at the tap.

Now, on the follower, use the auto config to scan the QR code shown on the master.

Does it work now?

If you deleted the key on the master, it now has a new key. I am really surprised if it is working without you scanning the QR code on the followers because in that case, they are still using the old key.
If they are working, it is fine. Don't change anything.
