database is locked and crash

Description of the problem,screencshot would be good

i have a few hundred user on one of my ports and the thing is, this script casually crashes.
i am definitely certain that none of the email ids are similar, all of them are unique.
but still I get this error.
i really don't know what to do.
database gets locked and then x-ui crashes. reinstalling the x-ui won't help at all. i still get that error.
please do investigate this. i have to manually transfer all the users to another server. that costs me a lot actually.

FYI I enter this command but no luck at all:
sudo chown root /etc/x-ui-english/x-ui-english.db
