When you're painting onto the canvas, if the brush moves outside the image border then the brush stops painting, which can be annoying if you're working with a larger brush.
Add a more forgiving padding around the outside of the image, so that if the mouse cursor goes outside the image, we continue to paint from negative coordinates.
