Test the app in Safari and see what changes would be required to make it work.
Safari wasn't originally targeted, but if the app is to work on an iPad then Safari support needs to be added.

Better off doing it now than later.

Perhaps this and the grid issues are caused by the HTML canvas context not having support for filters or opacity (context.filter = 'opacity(0.75)).

Borders around buttons are too dark.

Reference image functionality doesn't work, when you attempt to add one, the image simply doesn't appear.

Reference image display will probably be wrong due to lack of opacity support too.

Loading project via JSON file doesn't work.
Nothing happens.
