Support for multiple IPs addition at once for access lists

Sometimes we have to allow a proxy host to be accessible from external list of IPs. One trivial use case example is if you need to allow all host monitoring service IPs or other external system. Sometimes they give you 100, 200, 300 or more IPs to whitelist. It's painful when you see you have to "add" button to add them one by one :)

The solution may be to support CSV as input for the field, or textarea for addition of multiple IPs at once, each at new line for example.
