Access List Comments - for better orientation in access lists

Yes when you have long access list you don't remember after some time which Ips were for which objects

Would by nice to add another input next to or under IP input to fill in short comment which can be visible in GUI and added to nginx config like #comment

It is really tedious to remember all ip addresses all the time that is why i use reverse proxy, so this should be considered if possible
