Add DEZ 10 line to the RFID info screen EM-4100

Describe the enhancement you're suggesting.

Currently the full Hex and a DEZ 8 line is shown
Would be great if the DEZ 10 could be shown

Example HEX 01 09 5A BB 5E

DEZ 8 (last 24bits) would be the hex to decimal of 5A BB 5E = 05946206
DEZ 10 (full 32bits) would be the hex to decimal of 09 5A BB 5E = 156941150

This would be nice because its the keyboard output when the fob is scanned by a reader and is whats logged as fob ID in Paxton Net2 systems for example.
