Obviously, this project is not live here, but I love the idea. I am frustrated with the navigability of the eWRIMS database, especially the poor accessibility of Statements of Diversion and the bottleneck that the current user interface creates for efficient water availability analysis.

I would love to understand what the challenges for this project were and whether it could be revived or launch a new project. eWRIMS is still a fairly broken system and needs a make-over. Is this a project still worth pursuing?
