How to address bad zip files - continue onto next DICOM zip archive or break? #24

Hi,

I encountered an error that is thrown by pyxnat when it encounters a zip archive it can't handle (see image below). Unfortunately there is nothing specified about which zip file it broke on. I'm wondering whether you think it may be a good idea to check for this error and continue onto the next file or address this another way since xnat_downloader breaks once this error is hit.

@llevitis Sorry for not seeing this sooner!
I think capturing the error would be a good idea, does this happen consistently or periodically? That may determine how I treat the error (e.g. retry or move on).
