Anamorph Java Binding for VRL

Idea:

1. Transform the AnaMorph Makefile project to CMake project (and remove all non-essential optimization flags)
2. Compile with UG in the spirit of an external project.
3. VRL binding comes de facto as a free lunch

I just saw that the feature was removed from our next milestone. Is there a specific reason for that?
