Node based license info isn't available in harvest
Describe the solution you'd like
Import license info into harvest and view this info via a dashboard to determine whether all nodes are licensed properly.
Describe alternatives you've considered
considered using a curl call via REST api to pull this info to be able to scan this info
Additional context
This should be sortable via cluster and provide a list of licenses for that cluster that are NOT associated with a node. This should also be available as a 'all' query so that you can get this summary for all your clusters.
