运行到字节小程序 样式不起作用

taro3.0 + vue2.0语法
只运行到字节小程序（npm run dev:tt）的时候 写样式没用
必须把微信小程序（npm run dev:weapp）也运行起来的情况下 样式才在字节小程序有用
