App version: v8.4.5-EH

Android version: 9.0

Issue/Request: Library Restore Backup failed.
Steps to reproduce (if applicable)

1.Go to Settings.

2.Select Backup

3.Then Restore Backup.

Other details:
On restoration the app freezes at a certain time.

Backup freeze is intentional, it's slowed down on purpose to prevent IP ban
