setr_v and setr_t are using BDFk/EXTk scheme. Currently, rom_usrrhs is called after setr_v and setr_t. This results that the additional terms added through rom_usrrhs will not be extrapolated correctly.

Is it necessary that those terms also needed to be extrapolated through EXTk scheme?
