[BUG] Sync-up HTML report to mirror the CSV files

Describe the bug

Following the changes that added more data for the execs/expressions, we need to revisit the HTML to mirror those changes:

• verify that the HTML is still valid. The HTML would break if the new CSV files changed the column headers processed by the java script
• Add the additional views and columns for the execs/expressions.
• Add filters top be able to brows the data based on certain criteria

Additional context

• Follow-up on Qualification tool: Add more information for unsupported operators  #680
• This is a follow-on issue for PR Qualification tool: Print cluster usage tags to csv and log file spark-rapids#6638. We are priting cluster tag configs in log and csv file in that PR. We need to evaluate if these tasks are required:
  • Add integration tests to print cluster tags that runs on databricks cluster. Currently we have added unit test which has JSON string of allClusterTags.
  • Add these output to UI

Along with PR-680, we need to look into below PR's to make sure all the new columns/files are covered in HTML report.

1. PR-276, PR-358 - Check if the output in HTML is consistent with this change.
2. PR-401 - New csv file added for displaying unsupported operators.
3. PR-464 - New csv file added for displaying eventlog read status
4. PR-471 - New column (Number of transitions from or to GPU) added to rapids_4_spark_qualification_output_stages.csv file
