[FEA] Add tar option to bundle all of the outputs from qualification and profiling tool runs

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We have had cases where the customer, being new to the tool, does not send over all the relevant outputs that were generated during qualification and profiling runs. This increases the number of iterations with them.

Describe the solution you'd like
Adding an option such as --tgz or something similar to this so that the tool itself can create the final bundle that then the customer sends over for analysis. A doc change will help with this as well.
