nvidia-cudss-cu13depends onnvidia-cublas-cu13, but recently this has be deprecated and insteadnvidia-cublasneeds to be used. But since cudss is still using older package, it fails while installing and intern fails libcuopt installation.
This doesn't affect conda package installation, libcuopt-cu12 and containers.
cudss team is aware of this issue and is working on a fix and a new version should be available in few days.
Apologies for any delays and issues caused, we are aware of the issue and we are following up on it.
Thank you all for supporting cuOpt.
