Running Wordpress 3.3.2 with PHP 5.4 - no JS errors in my console.

Is it a custom post type? For custom post types is a known bug #7

Nope, this was on a "page".

hello all,
here is the solve on WordPress 3.4.1:
in verite-timeline.php on line 128 you should replace it with the '#' char with '&' char.
and it will work with pages (add new /edit) , post (add new/edit), custom post (add new/edit).
