Do for GroundHeatExchanger:Vertical what was done for GroundHeatExchanger:HorizontalTrench in #4717: add "Undisturbed Ground Temperature Model" field for which either the Site:GroundTemperature:Undisturbed:KusudaAchenbach or Site:GroundTemperature:Undisturbed:Xing object could be referenced.
