Since we are removing chapters on topics that we find important but that moved to The Turing Way, maybe we could add direct links to those Turing Way chapters. It could simply be a paragraph on the front page, for instance, listing all the topics in the Turing Way we want to highlight (licensing, code reviews, communication, etc).

Related to #286, but can be done in separate PRs. Perhaps good to do in a sprint as well.

In addition, maybe it would be nice if we could browse the Turing Way to make an easily digestible overview of what chapters in there are relevant for us. A "reading guide to the Turing Way"? Perhaps for RSEs at different levels, interest areas, etc.

I'm thinking now that instead of putting this list on the front page, it may be better to put it in the Best Practices chapter. This can probably become just a single chapter instead of the menu it is now.
