The aim is to take the microprototyping app Docker image and run it in a container in AWS/Azure and allow the team to access it.
In the first instance we are not concerned about security but we will have to see what the systems will allow.
This will require talking to the team at the Cloud Centre of Excellence (contact Andy Bray) to see if the Texas framework will be suitable to use. And if so to go through whatever governance process is needed. If that route seems too heavyweight we can discuss further with Andy Bray.

The appropriate cloud solution has been explored and tentatively agreed
The container runs in the cloud
The app is accessible to the team
