From the document:

For a submitted tip pair?

  • Tip 1 Name
  • Tip 2 Name
  • “Distance” of root from tip(s)?

So it's just for tip pairs

Still need to clarify how this would vary by calibration. Would this be the NCBI Lineage displayed on the Show_Calibration.php page? There doesn't seem to be a property in the web interface to replicate here

Cleaned up tipPairs interpretation

Simply including the query parameters in the response object now. Does
not include the distance from root to tip.
