Create a filtered search parameter for "People" using the person's unique ID

Advisors are now using the personnel ID to find/identify their counterparts. Advisors are requesting an addition to filtered search. The "People" filtered search should include a parameter to find principal's by their unique personnel ID.

Principals have their own unique ID from the principal's human resource system. This personnel ID is stored in the code column of the people table of the ANET database.

Because the unique ID has so many characters, the advisor should be able to search with only a partial ID.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a filter to the "People" tab in a filtered search. The filter should be for the principal's unique ID.
