Placing this action item here as the Hodgkin-Huxley neuronal cell / dynamics needs to be implemented (and some of Gerstner's classical results will be used to verify its behavior) and supported in ngc-learn's standard base components. This will be written / is planned for the upcoming ngc-learn major release nudge.

Update: The H-H neuronal cell is pending -- will be included in an upcoming major release update to ngc-learn.

H-H cell now written and unit-tested in major_release_update branch -- will make its way over to ngc-learn 2.0.0 soon.
