Finish initial difFUBAR port
Add in input data validation, sanitisation, etc
Replace PyPlot with Plots.jl
Add in vanilla FUBAR implementation
Think about how/whether to incorporate simulations. Separate branch? Separate repo, one per method?
Add more codon model methods
