Forward from any user to telegram channel

I want to ask if this would be possible to forward chats from any user (with not specified ID) to a channel on telegram

Technically you can. But may i ask that if the user is sending the message to the bot (privately) or in a group chats.
If you mean to forward a message that user send to the bot privately you can try to add the user_id to the FROM_CHATS (I don't have the bot running at the moment so i can't test it ).
