Want to add some global shortcut key instructions

非常感谢loop开发者们，我很喜欢这款软件。但是如果我想这款软件未来可否使用这个环形面板增加一些非窗口管理的径向操作快捷键，在一些系统设置里或者第三方工作软件里使用“loop”的操作逻辑运行软件快捷操作将非常有效率和炫酷。我对窗口管理使用并不是很频繁，但是如果loop能给予除了窗口管理以外的径向面板快捷操作，对于专注于某些工作软件内的效率提升非常有帮助，谢谢。
Thank you to the Loop developers – I truly love this software. However, I’d like to suggest a potential future feature: Could the radial panel be expanded to include non-window-management shortcut operations? It would be incredibly efficient and visually impressive if Loop’s interaction logic could be applied to system settings or third-party productivity software for quick operations. While I don’t use window management features extensively, radial panel shortcuts beyond window management could significantly enhance efficiency when working within specialized software. Thank you for considering this idea!
