Improvements to bookmarks organization

I think this project is off to a great start!!

I would like to see some improvements in the bookmark management. Making it clearer on how to add new categories and to move bookmarks into new categories with a cut and paste approach would be great. I am not a coder so do not think I can be of much help. But I would be willing to test and new code and could help write user guide information if that helps. I have an Oculus 2 and am fairly up to speed on sideloading and other app integration processes. I also have Windows, Linux, Chromebooks and Android tablets and phones.
