Add persistent window size option

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
By default windows are opened with the same size (I think 1.5), and you have to resize them each time

Describe the solution you'd like
Add an option for default window size in standard / fullscreen modes. Or remember the last window size chosen, and use this option for the newly created windows
