Provide Arm Builds for linux and mac

As the title says. the new m1 macs are left out as they now use arm chips that don't natively support x86. and linux would also be included

I don't think either of the two main projects here at https://github.com/MovingBlocks (https://github.com/MovingBlocks/Terasology and https://github.com/MovingBlocks/DestinationSol) have much focus on JNLua these days.
