Feature you'd like to see:

I am using the diagnostic biochips probe with 128 electrodes arranged in a staggered linear fashion. I am able identify good clusters whose spike times give expected trial-averaged PSTHs. However when computing the isolation scores of the clusters they don't seem to exceeding 0.5. Is there a way to systematically gauge the isolation quality of the cluster in the Phy view? There is a parameter called contamination pct but that doesn't seem to be related to the isolation score directly?

What method are you using to compute isolation? Contamination percent is calculated as a fraction of expected refractory period violations based on a poisson model (i.e. if 100 violations were expected and 10 actually present, the value in contamination percent would be 0.10).
