Update example notebooks to include tedopa_models #8

The example notebook(s), especially the tedopa one, need to be updated to account for tedopa/tedopa_models.py. Somehow a seperate part for people not knowing mpnum needs to be created (so far it says everywhere you need to know mpnum.
