  • Figure out the correct units to use. Write about units in documentation and the example notebooks.
  • Add functions to test tedopa against analytical calculations of coherence for one site with standard spectral densities.
  • Add these calculations to an example notebook.

I checked again and came to the conclusion that a factor of 5308 to get from the time scale used by the program to femtoseconds is correct when the energy's unit is cm-1.
