Scroll Up/Down while hovering over number inputs

While the mouse is hovering over a number input box, the user should be able to scroll up/down to increase/decrease the number shown. This could also work with arrow keys up/down however editor mode requires a lot of use of the mouse for building, so this feature would help to save a bit of time.
