Possible to implement variant, platform, arch attributes also for lib tag?

Hey,

I wonder whether it is possible to add the same feature (#483) for the "lib" tag? It would enable temporary xcframework support also for static libs. I tried to implement it myself, but I hit a wall when trying to use the existing "AbstractQualified" and combine the serialization of it with the stuff that the "RelativeLibraryConverter" serializer does (converting the relative paths to absolute paths).

The current sample I have is a bit to big to share, but maybe this screenshot also helps.

The structure is relativly simple. I also screenshoted the "Info.plist" for completeness, but for the feature it wouldn't be relevant.
If there is still a need for a real example, I could try to find/create a smaller one.
