Welcome to the Amazon DynamoDB Accelerator (DAX) Public Preview!

Getting Started
To get started, please [create a DAX cluster] and follow the [tutorial for running a sample application]. You will notice DAX in the DynamoDB console in US East (N. Virginia), EU (Ireland), and US West (Oregon). For more information on DAX, please see the DAX [documentation], [AWS Blog], [Announcement Video] and [FAQ].

Participation in the DAX Public Preview is subject to Section 1.10 of the AWS Service Terms (https://aws.amazon.com/service-terms/). As a preview service, the functionality of DAX may change during or after the preview. As a result, we highly recommend that you use DAX as part of this preview for testing purposes only, and not for production usage.

Charges
You will not be charged for using DAX clusters used during the public preview period. However, any other DynamoDB or AWS usage will continue to be billed as usual.
