Implement "Reset to Default Values" button for widget layout configuration #61

Requirements:

"Reset to Default Values" button should restore the default widget layout settings by the click
"Reset to Default Values" button should be placed on "Templates Management" box

Task details:

default widget layout settings should be pre-defined and should use the following values :
- Width =650px
- Offset top=30px
- Offset left =-50px
- Scrolling Offset Top =150px

Acceptance Criteria:

all listed requirements should be meet
