Remove submit button from bottom right corner

From a ui point of perspective putting the send button directly at the same place where next button was, is not good. It could lead to accidentally submited forms

What's the problem with submitting accidentally?
Changing the form and submitting again is still possible.

I would argue that 1 user not submitting is much worse than 100 users submitting more often than needed.

In my opinion it is only important that the submission via the bottom right corner is not using the ?submit=finally option.
