PC Sheet Skills ordered by column, NPC sheet skills ordered by row.

I assume PC sheets have their skills organized in columns because the sheets can be resized, and the NPC sheets have their skills organized in rows because their sheets can't be resized, and organizing in rows lets the sheet organically determine how big the skill field needs to be. Even so, it is pretty unintuitive to have different sheets be organized in opposite ways. Ideally NPC sheets should be organized also in columns, as it's just easier to read this way. Also NPC sheets should be resizable, which would make this better anyway.
