I would like to be able to display a characters finances in another currency than $.

Description.

It would be great if the GM has the ability to choose the currency in which the investigators' money is displayed. There should also be a factor in which the currency is converted. (e.g. 1$ is 35 Kč)

Context.

Im running a campaign in Prague. I think it is more immersive to play in the local currency than always refering to the $ of the far away USA, which is not even relevant in some games.

Possible Implementation.

Give the GM the possibility to enter a currency and a conversion factor so you dont have to make this settings for every character. This should only be a display option. Internally thinks should still calculate in $ so that if you change the currency when you travel to another country the GM can adjust 2 numbers and everything is fine.

This is already possible if you click on the cogs icon on the character sheet and enter the values manually. You will have to do it for each of the character sheets, but since is only the PCs it shouldn't be that many...

We already did it this way. I still think it would be nice to have a GM option to change the default view of the financials. But thanks for your hint anyway :)
