I find the item type Occupation very useful to quickly create a NPC on the fly. But once you have imported the occupation into the NPC sheet, you have to manually enter each score of each skill, which take some time for a character that could only serve for a few scenes.
I think the functionality could be improved if it had a system to automatically distribute points into his professional skills to easily make archetypes.
It could be done at random from a pool points based on the characteristics but maybe it will be better if you could define a one or two skills at expert level (75%), a few others at Professional Levels (50%) and the rest of the occupation skills at 25% (i take the idea from the 6th edition French rules)
Not very "by the book" of the 7th edition rules, but i believe it's an option to improve the quality of life of GMs here.
