Recoil causes problems when fairing with Tome of Infinite Wisdom

Right click works flawlessly with this weapon, but the primary - left-click - attack is outta control. It fires wildly up and down, as an "overrecoiling" minigun, and I don't see an option to toggle this off for magic weapons.

Which recoil? There's velocity recoil, visual recoil, and the experimental cursor recoil.
