Peers: sense of chevron symbol inverted; page opens with data hidden

When the Peers page is first opened the clickable chevron symbol points up, but the data is not displayed below the header. After the chevron is clicked, the data rolls down -- is displayed -- and the chevron points down. After the down chevron is clicked, the data rolls up-- is hidden -- and the chevron again points up.

Is this still an issue that the data is not displayed when the chevron points up?
The data is meant to be shown when the chevron points up (I know some people do it the other way)

No, only peers.

Did you do any modifications to the peers.phtml?

I don't know how to provide the console output you ask for. In Google Chrome, I opened the JavaScript Console before opening the Node Manager page and clicking on Peers. The console window did not add any output.

That is the console I meant. It really sounds like a javascript bug, but since it is not showing in the console. I am out of ideas. What version of BNM are you running?
