Wildcard support for blacklist/whitelist

Description of the feature

A wildcard feature for the blacklist/whitelist where for example if you write *.abc.com., every IP such as xyz.abc.com, lmn.abc.com is blocked/whitelisted.

Why is this useful?

This would be really helpful for disabling Freecam on servers like Hypixel for modpacks, as there is no guarantee as to what IP the user might use (Hypixel can be joined with any IP in the format *.hypixel.net where you can replace * with anything, such as hi.hypixel.net)
