JSR.io supports TypeScript out of the box and provides a much better developer experience for package maintainers and package consumers. You publish TypeScript source, and JSR handles generating API docs, .d.ts files, and transpiling your code for cross-runtime compatibility.

Deno and Node.js creator Ryan Dahl introduces JSR at DevWorld 2024.
