現状

PRにてREADME.mdが更新されるたびにすべての言語のREADME_{la}.mdの内容を翻訳してコミットする

問題

日本語以外にREADMEを直接変更した場合に、actionsによって上書きされてしまうため正しい翻訳を入れることができない

対応方法

自動翻訳するさいに差分部分のみを翻訳処理を入れるようにする
