The solution for this would be to include the survey in a large modal window, but the problem that emerged is that when you do that the skip button of the modal is a lot larger and more visible than the submit button on the form. This leads people to skip the submission. The only solution I can see (for the future) is to use a large modal window that does not have a skip button, if it is possible, but code for that would be needed. |
So you can't have a link back to the website from the thank you page? |

After submitting the survey, there is a Thank You page. Is it possible to have a link back to the application on that page? Otherwise the user will have to click back on the browser, and get the survey request again.
